You’ll be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager, and working cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams. With support from a Marketing Intern, you’ll lead Member-facing benefit programs, as well as the strategy, planning, and execution of events (both virtual and in-person) and podcasts. You’ll also contribute ideas and initiatives to drive community engagement and oversee marketing communications, partnering closely with internal teams to activate the Finalis banker community and boost platform engagement.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute communications for the Finalis Benefits Program, including newsletters, referral engagement, and enablement collateral for partners and CSMs.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Finalis community programming, including:

    • Virtual & in-person events (e.g., dinners, webinars, roundtables, networking sessions, conferences)

    • Finalis Podcasts (banker features, platform updates, thought leadership)

    • Member spotlights and testimonials

    • Co-hosted content initiatives to foster engagement and elevate voices

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate in-platform and lifecycle messaging that is timely, valuable, and brand-consistent.

  • Review and maintain consistency of all Member-facing communications across teams (CSMs, Product, Marketing), ensuring alignment in language and messaging.

  • Develop scalable content and community assets, such as benefit hubs, event recaps, email templates, banners, and onboarding resources.

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize participation and refine programming based on feedback and results.

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, member engagement, or lifecycle marketing

  • Proven experience in planning and executing virtual and in-person events

  • Background in a B2B or startup environment

  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

  • Exceptional project management and written communication skills

  • Passion for creating meaningful, high-impact experiences for diverse professional audiences
