Job Description

FIGS is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to join our Growth and Acquisition team. In this role, you will help drive efficient new customer growth at scale through strategic development, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Paid Social, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and delivering performance-driven results.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in paid social advertising, a strong command of performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV, and a track record of scaling successful campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social strategy aligned with FIGS' broader marketing goals
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Own budget pacing, bid strategies, and in-platform optimizations to maximize performance
  • Collaborate on and help execute the paid social creative strategy, including contributing to the development of creative briefs for product launches; work closely with the creative team to ensure assets are aligned with campaign goals, performance insights, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., short-form video for TikTok, static vs. motion for Meta)
  • Provide thoughtful, data-informed feedback on creative assets to continuously improve performance and engagement across channels
  • Continuously test and refine all aspects of the customer journey—from ad creative and placement to landing page experience
  • Analyze performance data to identify insights and make strategic decisions using tools such as MMM, MTA, and Conversion Lift Studies
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media partners and platform reps
  • Mentor and provide guidance to the Sr. Media Buyer, Paid Social

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in-platform
  • In-depth knowledge of social platforms, ad products, and targeting strategies
  • Proven success managing daily budgets of $30K–$50K+ and scaling performance
  • Highly analytical, with a strong grasp of campaign metrics and attribution models
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in execution
  • Agile learner with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Effective collaborator and project manager, able to juggle multiple initiatives
  • A proactive team player who thrives both independently and in a fast-paced environment

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $105,000 and $125,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
