Summary
eClerx is on the lookout for a seasoned Market Intelligence Product Manager who embodies a rare combination of technical expertise and client-facing finesse. This individual will seamlessly bridge the gap between clients, industry experts, and our technical team. This is a strategic role that demands an individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technical complexities, and the ability to drive projects to completion with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Product Implementation & Delivery:
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of the entire product implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final deployment and post-launch support.
- Work closely with our M&D customers to understand their pricing challenges
- Drive product requirements, customer research, and competitive analysis to innovate ahead of curve
- Technical Oversight: Lead the technical team in the development, testing, and deployment of the product, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Custom Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor the product to meet their specific needs.
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of the entire product implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final deployment and post-launch support.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Primary Contact: Act as the main liaison between eClerx and the client, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and responsive support throughout the project.
- Industry Collaboration: Engage with industry experts and thought leaders to stay abreast of the latest trends, ensuring our product offerings are cutting-edge and aligned with market demands.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Regular Updates: Provide regular, clear, and concise updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Client Education: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients, helping them to understand the product and maximize its value.
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management
- Experience of pricing intelligence and e-commerce analytics
- Strong domain expertise in competitive benchmarking and pricing strategies for M&D industry
- Experience of working with technology and data heavy products
- Industry Expertise: Experience in managing client-facing projects, preferably in the tech or consulting sectors, with a proven ability to deliver complex solutions.
- Technical & Professional Skills:
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of technical systems, software development processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations, with a track record of successful project delivery.
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150K - $200K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
