If you are compassionate, supportive leader experienced in residential care then you may be East House’s next Assistant Program Manager. As the Assistant Program Manager is instrumental in helping to build the inclusive and collaborative culture of the residential program. In this role, the Assistant Program Manager would assist in managing employee performance of clear goals and expectations while tracking their progress to success with each of their clients. The Assistant Program Manager would be responsible for the facilitation of client case reviews with staff, management of the therapeutic community and facility, and maintaining their own caseload among other duties as designated.

Assistant Program Manager Compensation: The workplace culture at East House is focused on diversity and inclusion with the support of peers who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the people they work with at East House. The compensation package offers competitive pay and benefits. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of between $19 and $24 per hour depending on education and experience.
Assistant Program Manager Benefits: Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Company Matched 401K, Life Insurance, Educational Reimbursement, Employee Discount Programs, Competitive Pay, Paid Mileage, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday. 8:30 am – 4:30 pm but must have some flexibility in hours based on business need.
Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Associates’ Degree in human services with three years’ paid experience in a human services related field, or a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in human services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensure/Certification Requirements
- NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work.
- OMH licensed programs: Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by OMH Residential regulations OASAS licensed programs: Advanced Counselor CASAC or other QHP as defined by OASAS Operating Regulations required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
