Associate Director, Commerce & Retail Media

- Develop and oversee the strategy and planning of Retail Media campaigns to meet client goals
- Lead the execution of end-to-end campaign management with your team, including media planning
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve and optimization opportunities
- Assist and attend scheduled client performance and status meetings along with ad-hoc presentations/requests.
- Lead a team of media planners and specialists, promoting collaboration
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners, serving as the primary contact for main retailer and vendor clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Work with our analytics and reporting teams to develop retail performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
- Collaborate across our client team and within the commerce & retail media organization to solve, innovate, build skills and develop thought leadership and best practices
- Translate client goals into media strategies and tactical plans
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices; help translate these into agency POVs and client strategies
- Must have experience managing digital retail media campaigns either through self-service or with a managed service retail partner.
- At least 5 years digital performance marketing experience in eCommerce, search, programmatic, or related field, with 3+ years managing large-scale eCommerce campaigns preferred
- Enthusiasm for retail media and performance marketing, new platforms and the exciting world of eCommerce and emerging platforms. Familiarity with retail media network capabilities, e-commerce ecosystems and programmatic vendors strongly preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, sending out RFPs, meeting KPIs and developing KPI goals
- Experience working with ad tech partners, and understanding of capabilities and use cases (e.g. Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, etc)
- Experience building client relationships and guiding the agency to lead incremental value for its partner(s)
