Senior People Partner

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team here at Foody and serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders. In this role, you’ll empower managers across your assigned business units to thrive in all people matters—from organizational design to talent development—ensuring alignment between our business goals and people strategies. You’ll also be a go-to resource for employees, supporting their development, productivity, and workplace experience. Confidentiality, empathy, and sound judgment will be essential in everything you do.

What you'll do:

• Act as the primary HR contact for the local leadership team, providing strategic counsel on people-related matters.

• Lead change management efforts in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment and consistent communication.

• Collaborate with COEs to bring programs into the local context.

• Collaborate with the Talent Development team on performance reviews, training programs, and career development planning.

• Monitor and report on key HR metrics that can be used to inform local leaders and business decisions

• Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to development and offboarding

• Support team effectiveness and cohesion through targeted org design and leadership coaching

• Help shape and implement HR policies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with both legal standards and company values.

What you need to be successful

• 7+ years of experience with a partnering or generalist role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field

• Ability to work with a leadership team and build strong relationships through advising/coaching

• Business acumen and the ability to understand business needs use them to inform the HR strategy

• Analytical mindset and comfort using people data to inform decisions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a bias toward encouraging collaboration

• Excellent knowledge of local labor legislation
