Your responsibilities

As our Country CFO, you will:

• Oversee financial functions including month-end and year-end close, budgeting, planning, forecasting, accounting, allocations, variance analysis, financial reports and P&L responsibility.
• Capital / Cash flows management.
• Annual audit accounts preparation and liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee strategic procedural change for SAP and other accounting system implementation projects.
• Monthly regulatory reporting for Hong Kong Asset Management entity.
• Monthly MIS reporting for APAC region.
• Tax reporting including entities direct and indirect tax compliance and filing, and liaison with external tax advisors.
• Supporting/Presentation to senior management of Finance information request and analysis.
• Financial controls / approval on new product launch/ transfer pricing
• Any other duties that may be assigned or communicated from time to time by the Head of Department/ local Supervisor.

We are looking for :

• Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified CPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Finance/Accounting, experience in Asset Management firms is a plus
• Experience with change projects
• Solid working knowledge in IFRS accounting standards and taxation
• Equipped with a can-do mindset and able to multi-tasks
• Detail-oriented and analytical skills in a must
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
• Proficiency in MS office application including Excel / PowerPoint and preferably accounting system SAP
