Job Description

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a premier provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK is dedicated to helping organizations streamline their operations and improve efficiency. The Human Resources Generalist will be integral to supporting various HR initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Operations to gain insights into business requirements and discover ways to enhance support.
  • Address and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations.
  • Support the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
  • Experience conducting investigations and anything related to Employee Relations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
