About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll facilitate consultative discovery sessions with law firm owners to understand their unique goals and challenges. Success in this role means clearly aligning our solutions to client needs, negotiating effectively, and closing multi-year agreements ($100k+ ARR). This role requires working Monday-Friday at our Atlanta, GA office or relocating accordingly.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead consultative discovery meetings scheduled by Business Development and Marketing teams to identify law firm owners' needs (90% of Focus).
Independently qualify, nurture, and book calls with qualified inbound leads (10% of Focus).
Clearly communicate the value of tailored solutions, build trust, and establish executive-level relationships with law firm owners or decision makers.
Prepare and present custom proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements lasting 12-24 months with $100k+ TDV.
Collaborate closely with onboarding and account management teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
Track and manage all sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
Ability to work Monday-Friday at our Atlanta, GA office or willingness to relocate.
4+ years of professional sales experience engaging directly with law firm owners, C-level executives, senior decision-makers, or business leaders.
Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment and meeting sales performance metrics.
Experience selling multi-year agreements with total deal values of $100K or more.
Ability to clearly communicate the value of tailored solutions, build trust, and effectively establish executive-level relationships.
Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, from initial discovery to closing the deal.
Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Fulfillment teams to support successful sales outcomes.
Proficiency using CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activities, and measure performance.

The annual OTE for this position is $160,000 - $210,000 USD.
The posted range represents the typical compensation range for this role. All Account Executive positions include a base W2 salary, uncapped monthly commissions, and additional quarterly bonuses based on quota attainment. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate, considering factors such as qualifications, experience, and location.
