Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and facilitate sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, system changes, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field, preferably in retail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to think quickly and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet customer needs.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
