· You have experience in collecting and accounting for revenues and expenses from various sources to present a comprehensive financial picture.

· You have experience in managing a month-end calendar with deliberate intent and a sense of urgency.

· You’ve worked in expense management systems, like Birchstreet, and with accounting tools, such as M3 and ProfitSword.

· You have a passion for drilling down complex quantitative data into a cohesive recommendation for hotel and restaurant operations.

· You are a proactive self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple duties and responsibilities simultaneously.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations, with at least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel property.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and manner .
  • Can communicate well with guests.
  • Must have knowledge of departmental operations. Must have knowledge of computers and training techniques.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions.
