This is a 6-month temporary role with potential to turn into full time employment. Please submit CVs in English.

This position will lead the recruitment process through the attraction and acquisition of Embedded and Non-Embedded employees for Latin America, with occasional recruitment activity in other areas of the Americas region. This person should understand the business needs to be able to add value in finding the right candidates for each position.

Role tasks and responsibilities

  • Post open positions in our external and internal sources and manage the job postings
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate abilities, potential fit, and added value for the role and company
  • Identify new sources of potential candidates
  • Create and maintain relevant talent pools within ATS and LinkedIn
  • Support local HRMS recruitment
  • Coordinate the logistics of the recruitment processes
  • Drive talent acquisition processes adjusted to the needs of the hiring manager
  • Consult with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to provide recruiting status updates
  • Provide advice and guidance to the hiring managers throughout the entire process
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is carried out considering the company’s brand and candidates’ experience
  • Manage full communications with candidates, from beginning to end of the recruitment cycle
  • Respond to candidates referred by the business and speculative CVs
  • Support Americas Internship and Trainee programs, leading the programs in Latin America
  • Build and manage relationships with colleges and universities
  • Regional recruitment reporting and data analysis
  • Participate in and support Regional and Global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Understand and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in Latin America
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written skills; Fluency is Portuguese is beneficial, but not required
  • Familiarity of HR principles
  • Familiarity with recruitment related immigration policies and processes preferred
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Methodical approach to work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact successfully with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures and levels.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a remote team.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Reliable and with a high degree of confidentiality.
