About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who will be responsible for deploying and configuring systems to empower Contrast Security users. You will leverage your SaaS Systems Engineering, security, and network skills to build, support and automate Contrast Security’s cloud-based computing environment. This is a full-time position that can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Leverage prior experience and industry best practices to administer a 100% SaaS-based systems stack for identity (SSO), messaging, and collaboration tools
Collaborate with business partners to define requirements, as well as propose, implement, and train on technical solutions
Work with stakeholders to integrate systems to include Okta SSO and SCIM with SaaS, provisioning, and API automation, while minimizing the impact on business
Focus on enabling user and IT productivity through automation and self-service
Configure network equipment, including firewalls, wireless gear, and wired switches
Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent practical and relevant experience
4+ years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably at a high-growth technology organization with cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery
5+ years of relevant, hands-on IT experience
A cloud-first SaaS mindset
In-depth understanding and experience with user provisioning and lifecycle management within Okta and integrated applications (Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, Office 365, and other applications)
Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Jamf, Intune, Miro, Jira, Meraki, and at least one IaaS platform (AWS or Azure)
Experience with at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell or Python
Ability to work within security/compliance frameworks and with security/compliance teams
Ability to create diagrams and written documentation of systems, as well as technical knowledge base articles
Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required
Vaccination (COVID) is currently required to travel and visit customers/attend events
