We’re looking for sharp minds, fearless builders, and problem-solvers who thrive on turning complex challenges into innovative solutions.

About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who will be responsible for deploying and configuring systems to empower Contrast Security users. You will leverage your SaaS Systems Engineering, security, and network skills to build, support and automate Contrast Security’s cloud-based computing environment. This is a full-time position that can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage prior experience and industry best practices to administer a 100% SaaS-based systems stack for identity (SSO), messaging, and collaboration tools

  • Collaborate with business partners to define requirements, as well as propose, implement, and train on technical solutions

  • Work with stakeholders to integrate systems to include Okta SSO and SCIM with SaaS, provisioning, and API automation, while minimizing the impact on business

  • Focus on enabling user and IT productivity through automation and self-service

  • Configure network equipment, including firewalls, wireless gear, and wired switches

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent practical and relevant experience

  • 4+ years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably at a high-growth technology organization with cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery

  • 5+ years of relevant, hands-on IT experience

  • A cloud-first SaaS mindset

  • In-depth understanding and experience with user provisioning and lifecycle management within Okta and integrated applications (Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, Office 365, and other applications)

  • Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Jamf, Intune, Miro, Jira, Meraki, and at least one IaaS platform (AWS or Azure)

  • Experience with at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell or Python

  • Ability to work within security/compliance frameworks and with security/compliance teams

  • Ability to create diagrams and written documentation of systems, as well as technical knowledge base articles

  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required

  • Vaccination (COVID) is currently required to travel and visit customers/attend events

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply.

We're transforming the way the world secures software. If you're ready to make a real impact, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and grow alongside a team of passionate professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
