The Conrad Company, a thriving family-owned business located in York, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Integrated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role will work closely with our existing Supply Chain team to identify and address gaps, support continuous improvement efforts, and extend best practices across our sister companies. Responsibilities:

· Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, supporting the execution of supply chain initiatives across departments.

· Evaluate, enhance and create foundational practices such as inventory management, full physical inventory, cycle counting, freight management and supplier accountability.

· Evaluate current operations, metrics, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Design and implement tools to collect and analyze supply chain data, using insights to drive performance and efficiency.

· Define and refine KPIs to monitor operations and support data-driven decision-making across supply chain and distribution functions.

· Provide clear, data-backed updates to leadership to support informed decision-making.

· Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

· Collaborate with internal teams and sister companies to align efforts and share best practices.

· Promote a culture of trust and adaptability, supporting change with empathy and encouraging continuous improvement.

Requirements

  

· Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or related field. 

· 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, analysis, inventory controls, and logistics.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar.

· Proven knowledge of inventory and supplier management. Examples include min/max levels, reorder points, EOQ, cycle counting, and metrics for supplier performance.

· Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools. Acumatica experience a plus.

· Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and coworkers, and to drive change.

· Preferred: APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or Six Sigma certification.

· Preferred: Experience supporting multiple business units or working in a multi-site organization.
