The Conrad Company is looking for an onsite Customer Service Associate at our PennAir facility in York, PA. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to directly support our customers, sales team, and suppliers. We are looking for an individual who can collaborate with other departments to provide quick and accurate service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
· Processing customer quote requests by obtaining all pertinent information regarding the job/ application and communicating with the corresponding suppliers to gather price, lead time, and any required technical data.
· Input customer purchase orders into our ERP system which are received via phone, email, or portal.
· Ensure supplier requirements are appropriately met during order entry. Such as drop ship requirements, distribution territories, order minimums, and shipping methods.
· Collaborating with multiple departments to set up new part numbers, bills of material, and production orders within our EPR System.
· Correspond with customers and suppliers to address any after shipment issues that may occur such as damaged/ lost material, pricing discrepancies, or return requests.
· Provide customers with accurate delivery information regarding open or past due orders.
· Efficiently manage large amounts of communication between email, phone, and customer/ supplier portals to maintain detailed records of interactions.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Desire to work well in a team setting.
