About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own and lead our content efforts, shape our brand voice, and expand our presence across LinkedIn and other digital channels targeting the US market.
This role is ideal for a content-driven marketer with fluent English and a strong track record of creating engaging, business-oriented content in the tech industry. You’ll take full ownership of content strategy and production while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Create polished, compelling content tailored to B2B tech audiences for our LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
- Own the content calendar and ensure a consistent publishing cadence across platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content that complements written text.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly narratives that resonate with SME and corporate clients.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and results.
- Contribute ideas and help refine marketing strategy in collaboration with founders and sales leaders.
- Assist with other ad hoc marketing-related tasks as needed.
- 2+ years of marketing and content creation experience with time spent in a tech or service-based company targeting the US.
- Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading) with a strong ability to craft polished marketing content in a wide variety of content forms (short-form, blogs, email marketing, etc).
- A portfolio with samples of your content creation work displaying a range of content types.
- Proven experience creating and managing content on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn marketing strategies and outbound content approaches.
- Ability to translate technical ideas into client-friendly messages.
- Experience with leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow.
- Collaborative, flexible, and proactive with a strong can-do attitude.
- Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.
- Nice to have: familiarity with email nurturing campaigns, marketing automation tools, and CRM tools.
- Three days remote every week and four full remote weeks per year.
