Marketing & Social Media Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for shaping and amplifying the company brand through strategic digital marketing and social media efforts.
Manage email marketing, lead generation, content creation, social campaigns, and ensure the company resonates across all digital channels.
Integral in maintaining and growing client relationships, promoting services, and supporting the brand's ongoing evolution.
Will work closely with the CEO and leadership team.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in working with US-based firms
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and email marketing
Expertise in MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms
Strong proficiency in social media management
Ability to work with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) to design marketing materials
Graphic design experience is a plus
Understanding of client relationship management and the ability to engage and celebrate client milestones
Expertise with HubSpot or CRM strongly preferred
Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or similar website platforms required
Experience with Google Analytics required
Proficiency with workflow tools like Hive, Asana, or similar a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for details required
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive attitude, self-starter, and collaborative team player
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Experience with ChatGPT or AI strongly preferred
Experience with video content and YouTube also a plus
