Position Overview
As a member of the People & Operations team, the Sr. Manager of People & Operations will help build, develop, and retain a diverse, engaged, and high-functioning staff. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the People & Operations (POps) Director will play a critical role ensuring staff and corps have the necessary tools, resources, and support to drive student impact and operational excellence. The Sr. Manager of People & Operations will be responsible for site operations to optimize, integrate, and align people processes with department and site-wide initiatives. This role serves on the site leadership team and supports the development and execution of site people & operations strategies working collaboratively across all departments at the site.
