What You'll Do:

As the Group Product Manager for Digital Experience, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Circle K's customer-facing digital platforms globally, including our websites and mobile applications. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital journey that makes our customers' lives easier and enhances their interaction with our brand. You will lead a team to define and deliver a world-class user experience, drive innovation in our digital offerings, and ensure our platforms meet the evolving needs of our customers and the business. This includes overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, championing user-centric design, leveraging data and customer insights to inform decisions, and working closely with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and regional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in product management, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile applications) in a large-scale environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and leveraging data to drive product decisions and personalization strategies.
  • Solid technical understanding of web and mobile technologies, development processes, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience defining and executing product strategies that have resulted in measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams across a global organization.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • A customer-first mindset, always seeking to understand and address user needs and pain points.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business in a relevant field.
  • Experience in retail or a related industry is highly advantageous.
