Job Description

This is an in-office position based in Brea, CA, and not eligible for visa sponsorship.

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator who’s ready to dive into a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting 19 unique and dynamic brands. We need someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects. If you love a good checklist, thrive in a collaborative environment, and aren’t afraid to raise your hand with new ideas, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Bring campaigns to life that boost member engagement and loyalty
Team up with designers and content creators to build eye-catching materials
Partner with leadership to align marketing with big-picture business goals
Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage deliverables
Track campaign results and continuously optimize for success
Become an expert in membership perks across all our brands
Keep things organized with campaign trackers, templates, and playbooks
Jump in on exciting projects and lend a hand wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

Project Management or Campaign Execution experience
A self-starter who thrives in a busy environment and isn’t afraid to ask questions or speak up
Detail-driven and deadline-ready - you know how to juggle multiple projects without letting things slip
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Comfort with digital tools - Excel, CRM systems, or anything else that helps keep you organized (ServiceTitan experience = bonus points!)
Creative thinker with a natural curiosity for marketing and customer engagement
