Summary of role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Core Platform Lead to oversee the stability, performance, and strategic direction of our core platform systems. This leadership role is pivotal in aligning platform capabilities with organizational objectives while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in platform architecture, especially HealthRules Payer, combined with a strong leadership background and a track record of successful system optimization and implementation.

Responsibilities Include:

Leadership & Team Management:

o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of platform analysts and engineers. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Core Platform Analyst Team, ensuring tasks and projects are executed on time and within scope.

Strategic Platform Oversight:

o Define and execute the long-term vision for core platform systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise goals

o Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex system issues, collaborating with technical teams to implement necessary enhancements, fixes, and updates.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Partner with senior leadership and key business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align technology investments with business outcomes, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

o Lead the planning and execution of platform upgrades, enhancements, and new system implementations.

Project & Program Execution:

o Drive the planning and delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades, and implementations. Ensure all initiatives meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within scope.

o Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and Operations to define the long-term strategy for the core platform and ensure it aligns with business goals.

Performance & Risk Management:

o Monitor system health, proactively identify performance bottlenecks, and mitigate risks to ensure continuous and reliable operations.

o Ensure platform systems adhere to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, ACA, etc.), ensuring compliance in all system configurations and processes.

o Guide the development and delivery of performance monitoring reports and dashboards, ensuring that business KPIs are tracked and reported.

Talent Development:

o Coach and support team members through training, goal-setting, and performance management. Build team capabilities to meet evolving business and technology demands.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Proven success in leading complex optimization initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

· Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

· Demonstrated ability to align technical capabilities with business needs while maintaining focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in platform management, including leadership roles with direct responsibility for teams and platform strategy.

· Deep hands-on expertise with HealthRules Payer is required.
