Key Responsibilities:
- Review payer contracts and set up payers in PointClickCare.
- Update and audit General Ledger (GL) mapping and reimbursement rates in PointClickCare.
- Record and reconcile revenue transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue reports, providing insights into revenue trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and internal policies to uphold financial integrity.
- Support the accounts receivable process to facilitate timely collections and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for revenue reporting and analysis.
- Participate in audits, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your revenue and accounting skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in the skilled nursing setting.
- Experience in multi-facility oversight preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
- Proficiency in PCC and MS Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
