Job Summary
The MarTech Specialist will drive the delivery and business growth by leveraging marketing technology platforms as an asset at Farmers. Focus on the development, integration, daily operations, and continuous improvement programs for the MarTech stack, with a primary focus on marketing automation. Partners with key internal and agency stakeholders to ensure Farmers’ MarTech stack supports the efficient management and execution of key Lead Generation functions to improve business performance.
Essential Job Functions
Manages the delivery and day-to-day operations and maintenance of new and existing systems to meet business requirements. Supports the lead function of implementation activities, troubleshoot user/system issues and documentation. Identifies and raises issues and risks with functional design and offers alternative solutions. Configures, maintains, enhances and reports on new and existing Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms. Provides high level of expertise in the solution design and functionality of business applications. Develops a partnership with the channel managers/stakeholders to communicate and clarify requirements. Contributes to the development of long-range business plans and ensures products and services are aligned with business needs. Conducts system studies and analyzes existing processes to improve efficiency. Researches and develops techniques for automation. Responsible for maintaining the quality control of projects ensuring the proper development of methods and practices for effective control and management of systems. Assists in gathering and analyzing data and metrics to determine project success and make recommendations for improvement. Coordinates the development and introduction of the various phases of technology. Takes ownership for all related activities required for optimizing the service delivery process (problem management, service delivery reports, web content development, etc. ). Coordinates with business partners to recommend solutions to meet business goals and objectives. Evaluates vendor proposals and assists in the coordination of vendor technical involvement in the planning, installation, and implementation of systems/processes. Tracks achievement of SLAs with suppliers and escalates when SLAs are not met.
Experience Requirements
Minimum three years experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics, marketing process development and improvement experience. Experience with Google Marketing Platform and Segment (CDP) preferred. Strong background in Marketing and Advertising technologies and their applications to scale performance marketing organizations preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing or business preferred.
