Responsabilidades / Responsibilities
The HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The specialist will also support compensation benchmarking, salary structure development, benefits administration, and employee communication strategies.
- Administer and manage compensation programs including salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and incentive plans.
- Conduct market benchmarking F35to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support decision-making and policy development.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs (health, life, retirement, wellness, etc.).
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to support workforce planning and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational structure and employee data in HR systems.
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Requisitos / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (minimum B2+ level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proven experience managing and maintaining organizational structures and employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
