Job Description
The Supply Chain Finance Specialist will ensure business continuity for three Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs from organizational, contractual and technical perspective. This individual will also monitor local SCF markets and coordinate activities while developing and implementing standardized processes, work instructions, policies, and procedures.
Key activities to be performed
- Program lead for operation and development of a local SCF program in the US
- Manage and monitor selection and onboarding of partner banks
- Act as main point of contact for supplier guidance in coordination with procurement
- Align with business stakeholders and develop supplier engagement strategy
- Manage bank relationships incl. contracts, guarantees, and credit facilities
- Weekly management of file exchange with SCF platform
- Coordinate consolidation of outbound payments, reporting and facility utilization with Finance
- Ensure compliance with KYC processes in close cooperation with Finance Departments
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in SCF or working capital-related programs
- Strong understanding of SCF structures (e.g., dynamic discounting, reverse factoring)
- Proven experience in managing and scaling SCF programs
- Familiarity with SCF platforms and integration into ERP and banking system
- Understanding of SCF-related legal and compliance aspects, onboarding processes and documentation standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
