The Boeing CompanyGlobal Research & Development, a division of Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) Supply Chain, is seeking an Experienced Procurement Agent to join our team located in Tukwila, WA; North Charleston, SC; or Hazelwood, MO

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Negotiate and execute Master Research Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Intellectual Property Agreements, and other contract types as required
- Analyze proposals and cost estimates to determine fairness, reasonableness, and cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contract pricing and terms and conditions to maximize value
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier performance, contract terms, and delivery schedules
- Support process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
- Provide guidance and advice on R&D collaboration strategy, agreements and proposal analyses
- Embrace a lean mindset and identify efficiencies that can be implemented
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of work experience in a research and development focused role.
- Experience working with universities or other public research organizations.
- Experience working within a globally dispersed team.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $69,700 – $108,100
