We’re excited to expand our Sales & Finance Team with the addition of a Business Manager who will play a key role in supporting our continued growth. This position serves as the critical link between the Sales Department and Back Office, ensuring all sales paperwork, financing, and compliance procedures run smoothly while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Processing & Compliance
- Work with the Sales team to ensure submitted deal paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Submit deals to lender partners, working to secure financing approvals.
- Prepare contracts, tag/title paperwork, and closing documents.
- Conduct customer closings and ensure all documents are properly executed and compliant.
- Wash deals within 24 hours and submit to the bank for funding within 3 banking days.
Customer Financing & Product Presentation
- Convert cash buyers to finance customers where applicable.
- Present and sell aftermarket products such as:
- Extended Service Contracts (VSC)
- GAP Coverage
- Roadside Plus
- Multi-Seal
- Marine Appearance Protection (Paint & Fabric)
- Clearly explain warranty and finance products, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Menu every customer and collect signed/time-stamped product declinations when applicable.
Title & Tax Support
- Issue Florida tags using the electronic state system.
- Manage out-of-state tax collection procedures based on reciprocity rules.
- Ensure clean trade-in titles and verify inspections before closing.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with the Sales Desk to support customer financing options.
- Train and support the Sales and Service teams on available F&I products.
- Prepare monthly commission reports and submit them to the Finance Director.
- Maintain organization and timely documentation of all deal files.
Success in This Role Means:
- Funding deals within 3–5 banking days
- Maintaining strong per-vehicle retail (PVR) revenue in the finance office
- Ensuring all deals meet lender, state, and company compliance guidelines
- Supporting a seamless, professional customer experience from sale to delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Business Manager, Finance & Insurance (F&I), or related dealership sales role
- Proven knowledge of finance products, loan structures, and lender submission processes
- Familiarity with DMV procedures and tag/title documentation (Florida and out-of-state experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements for consumer finance and deal documentation
- Experience using dealership management systems (e.g., Lightspeed, Dealertrack, AppOne, or similar platforms)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex financial products clearly and professionally
- Ability to meet and exceed PVR (Per Vehicle Retailed) benchmarks and finance office revenue goals
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage paperwork, deadlines, and funding timelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple daily closings
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or F&I certification preferred
