Austin Telco is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Taylor branch, support staff development, and ensure exceptional member service.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Develop Your Team – Train, mentor, and support employees to create an engaged and high-performing workplace.   Enhance Member Experience – Maintain a welcoming branch atmosphere while upholding security, privacy, and efficiency.   

Drive Branch Success – Grow the member base through strategic community involvement and digital education initiatives.    Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee cash flow, compliance, security training, and interdepartmental coordination.    Promote Austin Telco’s Mission – Represent our values through professionalism, collaboration, and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a credit union or banking environment.   
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.   
• Ability to balance strategic decision-making with hands-on operations.   
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships within the branch and community.
