Overview
We’re a stealth-mode, AI-native startup reimagining how ecommerce brands connect with their customers across the entire commerce lifecycle, starting with revenue recovery. Our first product is a white-glove recovery tool that transforms customer drop-off into conversions, unlocking precision, personalization, and rich zero-party data that helps shape everything from marketing to product development.
Backed by top-tier investors and operating with significant seed funding, we’re now building out our core team. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge on product execution, helping us evolve our platform from 0 to 1.
If you thrive in early-stage environments, are energized by the potential of generative AI, and love building at the intersection of commerce, conversation, and customer experience, we’d love to meet you.
The Role
As our first senior product hire, you’ll lead product vision, development, and execution. You’ll be at the center of product development, scoping and shipping high-impact features alongside a small, fast-moving team of engineers and founders.
This role is highly technical. You’ll partner closely with engineers to define agent workflows, assess LLM performance, and launch product experiences where AI is central to the customer journey. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, knows how to lead without hierarchy, and loves diving deep into the details of both product and tech.
What You’ll Do
Drive execution: Own sprint cycles, write PRDs, and manage backlogs with a strong focus on clarity and velocity.
Build process: Stand up product development best practices that help the team move quickly and sustainably.
Shape AI features: Collaborate with engineers to build LLM-powered agent workflows and personalized messaging systems.
Bridge technical + UX: Translate complex systems into user-facing features that feel intuitive and delightful.
Contribute to strategy: Partner with the founders on roadmap development and prioritization.
Help grow the function: As we scale, help define the future of product at the company, including future hires and team structure.
Who You Are
Technically Fluent: You’ve worked closely with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and can talk API integrations, data flows, and AI model behavior.
AI-Native or AI-Curious: Experience building products with LLMs or strong curiosity and a willingness to get your hands dirty in an AI-heavy environment.
Scrappy but Structured: You’re comfortable building without a lot of support, but know how to introduce lightweight processes that create clarity and speed.
Execution-Oriented: You love turning ambiguity into action. You move quickly and don’t get stuck waiting for perfect information.
Collaborative & Low-Ego: You value clear communication and thrive in tight feedback loops with design, eng, and GTM teammates.
Early-Stage: You’ve built 0-1 features before and are comfortable operating without layers of structure or support.
Nice to haves
Experience in the conversational commerce, outbound engagement, or ecomm tooling space.
Experience integrating with platforms like Shopify, CRM systems, or analytics stacks.
Previous ownership of agent tooling, partner experiences, or customer-facing UX at a growth-stage startup.
Compensation
Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage equity
Open to different leveling depending on experience
We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply.
