Your role will involve crafting innovative solutions to meet our customers' unique needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. As an Account Manager, you'll collaborate with Producers to grow and nurture business relationships, while having the opportunity to expand your own portfolio through account rounding and new business development, all within our standard practices and policies. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Producers and team members on client service, marketing, and renewals, following best practices. Manage transactions, paperwork, and internal processes for assigned accounts. Understand clients' insurance goals and analyze plans to recommend suitable options. Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve issues and negotiate when necessary. Address claims and billing problems, ensuring account retention. Document all interactions and update agency systems accurately. Manage renewals, check policy documents for accuracy, and coordinate premium financing and collections as needed.
• Manages and grows the revenue for a book of accounts utilizing all capabilities and value-added services. Developing new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contributes to meeting departmental production goals. Identifies and follows-up on cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Experience within insurance field required. 
• Must have a current Property and Casualty license. 
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
