Job Description

Association Development Solutions (ADS) is expanding and is currently searching for the next member of our team. We are seeking a hard-working, driven individual to fill the Associate position. In this role, he/she will be presented with immediate opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to our company. Duties will range from supporting ADS executive consultants with serving clients, to independently leading special projects that incorporate several aspects of our business. The Associate will be empowered to apply his or her skill sets while receiving careful guidance and training that fosters professional growth at an accelerated pace. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn but also possesses confidence in his or her ability to think strategically and solve problems. General Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Executive Consultants on various client accounts and fundraising services
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement meeting and event arrangements
  • Assist with ADS marketing projects; inclusive of website updates, mass mailings, and social and electronic communications
  • Work with Business Manager on office management and internal communications
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly training sessions

Qualifications

  • Confidence, poise, and professionalism in order to interact with executives on a daily basis
  • High level of energy, creativity, and motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Strong interpersonal communication, listening, relationship-building, and collaborating skills
  • Advanced writing skills, including proficiency in grammar, formatting, and effective written communication
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
