ArkVets is seeking an experienced veterinary Assistant Manager with a passion for business leadership willing to take a brand-new start-up to success. About Us:
We are an established privately owned business with 2 successful clinics and a third that recently opened. We strive to have 5-8 doctors per clinic with a support staff of 4 plus staff per doctor. Between our facilities, we offer state-of-the-art equipment like CT and Endoscopy. Each of our facilities have ultrasound capabilities and we also provide the ability to refer cases within theArkVets team. Our business model is general practice with same-day services offered Monday - Saturday. We are looking for an experienced, mature, and compassionate Assistant Manager to help guide our team, grow the practice's community presence, and promote extraordinary client engagement.

The Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 12pm-8pm
- Rotating Saturdays
Requirements
The initial success criteria for the position will include the following:
- 5+ years in a leadership role, within a veterinary clinic strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
