As a member of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing complex BSS deliveries across North America and oversees the full project lifecycle—from initiation through post-go-live closure and handover to support.

What will your job look like?

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning, Control & Accounting
• Delivery Commitment & Quality Management
• Customer & Communication Management

Main responsibilities include:

• Manage BSS and transformation project delivery from initiation to go-live and support transition.
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables with customers, sales, and product teams.
• Create and maintain project plans, assign tasks, and manage timelines and resources.
• Align internal priorities with customer needs and drive cross-functional execution.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget (P&L), and quality commitments are met.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction and delivery quality.
• Lead virtual teams and coordinate across functions (Operations, R&D, Product Sales, Support)
• Support pre-sales and sales engagements; contribute to bid and proposal processes
• Manage communications and reporting, including updates, escalations, and alerts.
• Oversee change management processes per Amdocs standards.
• Ensure smooth project handover to support teams, applying Amdocs Quality Gates.
• Coordinate platform integration efforts with third-party vendors, especially in transformation and Kenan-related projects.

All you need is...

• 10+ years of Telecom experience in BSS/CRM domains, with 3+ years in project management of medium to large-scale deployments
• Proven track record in Kenan billing and BSS transformation projects
• Strong experience in Telco deployment cycles
• Extensive experience managing infrastructure deployments on-premises and in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow
• Significant customer-facing experience
• Experience with IN/Billing/CRM systems is a plus
• Knowledge of GSM/CDMA/3GPP standards, signaling/networking protocols, and charging protocols (e.g., DIAMETER, OSA)
• Familiarity with TMF standards (SID, eTOM) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• PMP certification or MBA is a strong advantage
