Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic client services team in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in client relations, account management, and business development. The Junior Account Representative will work closely with our senior team to maintain client satisfaction, ensure campaign success, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing existing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships

• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and campaign briefs

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
