We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our client service team in Akron, OH. This role is essential in maintaining positive client relationships by providing professional, timely, and accurate support. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and capable of managing multiple inquiries with confidence and care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and support activities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Assist with the development and improvement of customer service procedures.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support or administrative roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
