Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team in Columbus, OH. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining internal and external communication flows, crafting clear and engaging messaging, and supporting the company’s communication goals. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, articulate, and passionate about brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and newsletters.

• Assist in drafting press releases, presentations, and company announcements.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.

• Coordinate and track communication projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Support public relations efforts and media outreach.

• Monitor and evaluate communication strategies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
