Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal departments. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask and handle client issues with professionalism

• Detail-oriented and proactive with a customer-first mindset
