Hype Tier is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Boston team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing essential support to management and various departments. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested
Greet and assist visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
Perform general clerical duties and provide administrative support to the management team
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
