Summary


The position will support the Business Development and Sales/Account Managers by coordinating and managing sales and OEM-related projects and marketing activities for designated accounts. This includes assisting in strategy development and execution, handling RFQs and quotations, facilitating internal and external communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:  

  • Manage all RFQ, tender, and quotation processes for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare compliant bids and conduct regular follow-up on quotes and orders.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and OEMs, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, promotions, and preparation for customer visits or trade shows.
  • Maintain strong customer and OEM relationships within assigned territories.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to procurement systems and compliance standards (AS9120, ISO9001).
  • Participate in the development and execution of sales and OEM strategies. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  


  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Business Administration, or in related field or equivalent required. 
  • Progressive sales account support experience must involve diverse and complex business relationships.
  • International business understanding with detailed operation with high traffic.
  • Three (3) to five (5) + years of experience of B2B sales coordination or procurement is highly preferred. 
  • Previous experience and knowledge in the space industry working on electronic components is highly desired. 
  • Experience developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels is highly desired.
  • Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track campaign responses, and maintain customer data.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


Required Skills:

  • Language: Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance. Must have solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking and able to use large amounts of data to make decisions.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, & percentages.
  • Other Abilities: Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite and have advanced Microsoft Excel skill. Must possess thorough knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic, preferably with Quantum ERP. Must have knowledge to apply general use of databases/spreadsheets. Ability to complete the planning of workflow and meetings. Maintains effective internal controls to ensure protection of assets and accurate reporting of financial position. Must have strong organizational, project, and proposal management skills. Experience with AS9120 and ISO9001 Standards.  

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand 2 to 4 hours a day. Must be able to work with their hands, arms and be extremely accurate. Must be able to walk and sit on a regular basis. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. 
  • Customary physical demands for an office environment.
