Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York Timezone)

Compensation: $2,000 – $2,500/month (salary based on assessment)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile Operations Generalist to join our fast-paced team. You’ll support a wide range of tasks from marketing and customer engagement to technical troubleshooting and data analysis.

You’ll be reporting to the Head of Ops, working alongside the Head of Engineering, both of whom have been part of the founding team for years. We value people who can switch hats easily, think on their feet, and work with minimal supervision.

This is an ideal role for a strategic, tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-evolving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns

  • Create engaging content across various platforms

  • Manage and optimize communication strategies

  • Support customer outreach and engagement initiatives

  • Conduct customer demos and presentations

  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues

  • Research and evaluate new tools and technologies

  • Perform data analysis to drive strategic insights

  • Collaborate with the engineering team on process improvements

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Track and report on key performance indicators

  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities

  • Support product development and launch processes

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proven experience working consistently in the New York Time Zone

  • Generalist mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Familiar with Pipedrive CRM, Slack, Google Workspace, and Canva

  • Content creator ecosystem familiarity
