Position Summary:
We’re seeking a driven and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team and lead our corporate growth efforts. This role is focused on outbound outreach, identifying and closing new B2B opportunities, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients for large-scale gifting, events, and employee recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries (tech, finance, legal, real estate, etc.)
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new leads
- Qualify inbound leads and understand client needs, budgets, and timelines
- Present Boarderie’s products and value proposition to HR departments, executive assistants, and procurement teams
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to align outreach strategies with seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Close deals and nurture relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Track metrics and KPIs related to outreach, conversion, and revenue growth
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably B2B or corporate gifting)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and lead generation
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- A passion for premium products, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
