Scope of the Role

As the Influencer Gifting Coordinator, you will oversee the full lifecycle of influencer gifting campaigns—from strategy and packaging to delivery, engagement tracking, and ROI reporting. This is a key role in ensuring that our influencer and ambassador relationships thrive through thoughtful, on-brand outreach.

Duties and responsibilities:

Gifting Strategy & Coordination

  • Curate and personalise influencer gift packages that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of PR products and branded merchandise.
  • Research and source new influencer prospects based on audience alignment.

Logistics & Shipping

  • Handle packaging, labelling, and coordination with couriers for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Track all outgoing gifts and manage on-time delivery.
  • Prepare customs documentation where necessary and troubleshoot any shipping issues.

Relationship Management

  • Communicate directly with influencers regarding gift deliveries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a detailed database of influencer contacts, gifting history, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to sync gifting activities with larger campaign efforts.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and document influencer unboxings, social mentions, and campaign engagement.
  • Provide weekly and monthly ROI reports, including reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Analyse results and share suggestions for campaign and gifting optimisation.

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or e-commerce logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with shipping tools (Shopify, ShipStation, FedEx, DHL).
  • Experience with influencer tools like AspireIQ, Upfluence, or Traackr (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset, able to adapt to various influencer niches and styles.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines with poise.
  • Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Awareness of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
