You Are: 

Concentric, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Senior Account Executive who will represent the agency by working with our clients to manage projects fluidly while simultaneously growing your account management skills and building your client relationship skills in the process – with a strong team above you to support and guide you along the way. You are a wiz at running day-to-day assignments with limited guidance. You understand the brand and agency process and are comfortable collaborating across departments.  

The Work: 

  • The Senior Account Executive maintains daily contact with the client to ensure proper information flow from the client to agency, and agency to client 

  • Attend client project meetings (including Medical/Legal reviews, where applicable) 

  • Seek out and maintain solid understanding of the assigned disease segment, products, and target audiences 

  • Contribute to internal and external meetings with relevant insights, feedback, and probing questions 

  • Own the development of project briefs and contact reports, providing detailed assumptions to the Integrated Producer to facilitate the development of project estimates  

  • Partner with Integrated Producer to develop SOW documentation, and track projects and coordinate efficient flow through the agency 

  • Rigorously review projects for accuracy prior to client submission  

  • Collaborate across all internal departments to ensure projects are in scope and on budget 

  • Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements 

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • 2+ years of experience in an account/client services role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising industry 

Bonus points if:   

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience   

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
