THE WORK:
  • You'll review and process Bond Program invoices and encumbrances following accounting procedures.
  • You'll support the Finance and Accounting team with financial analysis of Bond Program activities.
  • You'll identify and resolve discrepancies in invoice documentation promptly.
  • You'll ensure accurate entry of invoices and encumbrances in PMIS (Proliance) with proper documentation.
  • You'll resolve system integration issues between Proliance and Costpoint.
  • You'll evaluate payment requests for compliance with bond regulations.
  • You'll reconcile financial accounts and escrow bank statements.
  • You'll prepare and process journal entries as needed.
  • You'll help identify recurring errors and implement solutions to prevent future discrepancies.
  • You'll develop new financial reports and revise forms for better program transparency.
  • You'll communicate with construction and professional service vendors regarding invoice matters.
  • You'll coordinate with campuses and external team members on cost, invoice, and expenditure issues.
  • You'll collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues and secure necessary approvals.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

  • 1 year of work experience
  • High school diploma

$65,236 - $71,760 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
