THE WORK:

You'll review and process Bond Program invoices and encumbrances following accounting procedures.
You'll support the Finance and Accounting team with financial analysis of Bond Program activities.
You'll identify and resolve discrepancies in invoice documentation promptly.
You'll ensure accurate entry of invoices and encumbrances in PMIS (Proliance) with proper documentation.
You'll resolve system integration issues between Proliance and Costpoint.
You'll evaluate payment requests for compliance with bond regulations.
You'll reconcile financial accounts and escrow bank statements.
You'll prepare and process journal entries as needed.
You'll help identify recurring errors and implement solutions to prevent future discrepancies.
You'll develop new financial reports and revise forms for better program transparency.
You'll communicate with construction and professional service vendors regarding invoice matters.
You'll coordinate with campuses and external team members on cost, invoice, and expenditure issues.
You'll collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues and secure necessary approvals.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$65,236 - $71,760 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
