THE WORK:
  • You'll assist the Third-Party Lead in coordinating with local, state, and utility agencies.
  • You'll represent the City in interactions with engineers, contractors, agencies, and the public.
  • You'll manage relationships and activities between developers/contractors and third parties.
  • You'll help develop tracking tools and reporting systems for third-party coordination.
  • You'll provide regular updates on third-party coordination progress.
  • You'll attend and contribute to meetings at various locations, including virtual and on-site.
  • You'll prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items to completion.
  • You'll serve as utility coordinator among utility companies, contractors, and LAWA.
  • You'll liaise across project teams and departments to ensure seamless third-party interface.
  • You'll support the Third-Party Lead and Logistics/Interface Managers in cross-functional efforts.
  • You'll prepare and review technical documents, correspondence, and contract criteria.
  • You'll compile monthly third-party coordination reports for the project management team.
  • You'll develop presentations and participate in regulatory and public meetings in support of LAWA’s goals.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business , or other related technical field
  • 10 years or more experience with third party coordination in Los Angeles


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • A Master’s degree is preferred
  • Local experience with agencies such as the City and County of Los Angeles, CPUC, Caltrans, Metro, or City of Inglewood
  • Familiarity with industry practices, codes, and regulations
  • Thorough understanding of airport-specific enterprise-wide challenges and inherent communications needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required
  • Familiarity with the Department of Public Works and LADBS permitting processes

$151,272 - $166,400 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Minnesota, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
