You Are:

As an Enterprise Solution Architect/Oracle APEX SME, you will serve as a technical expert, leading the development and optimization of cutting-edge solutions using Oracle Application Express (APEX). Your work will directly impact critical business functions, ensuring systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with agency objectives.

The work:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Oracle APEX.
Architect secure, scalable solutions that streamline operations across diverse business domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission requirements and translate them into powerful software solutions.
Lead troubleshooting efforts, optimize performance, and mentor team members.
Drive innovation by implementing modern development practices, including DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD pipelines.

Here's what you need:

10+ years of experience in Oracle APEX (20.x or higher), PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Proven ability to design user-friendly, secure applications in complex enterprise environments
Experience with RESTful Web Services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and security best practices
Solid understanding of Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting
Ability to work across multiple projects and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Agile mindset—thrives in fast-paced, iterative development environments

Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
