Description: The Finance Administrator is to maintain a steady flow to business after the sale is completed. This will require verifying all documents for accuracy, sending proper documentation to lenders to be funded in a timely manner. The associate is the vessel of communication between sales, service, and customer.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Finance Administrator is to include, but not limited to, the efficiency of the process after the sale. 100% accuracy of documents presented to the lenders, while following Federal and Local laws. Following AC Nelsen internal guidelines and Finance procedure manual while performing daily practices. Performance level is based upon accuracy and time to funding with lending relationships, as well as effective communication with customers and interdepartmentally.

  

Functions:  Essential duties and responsibilities include the following – other duties may be assigned.


· Follow all lender's requirements for funding, and track funding notices several times a day to
address any issues.

· Verify all numbers are entered correctly into all internal software. (IDS, Menusys, AppOne)

· Communicate with the Service Department to establish a delivery date for new customers, and relay that message back to the appropriate people to allow for preparation.

· Monitor all finance products and handle any scheduling for products that need application or installation.

· Submit and track all cancellations of finance product offerings.

· Collect all down payments, cash down payments will need to be verified in cash counter with manager sign off acknowledgement. 

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are relevant to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


Considerable knowledge of:

· Recreational Vehicle Uses

· Communication and sales techniques

· Organizational skills


Working knowledge of:

· Industry specific software including IDS, MenuSys, AppOne, TheCRM

· Basic math skills and ability to work with numerical detail.

· Organizing workflow and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Computer operation literacy 


Skill sets:

· Proper customer and co-worker communication

· Self-motivated ongoing education of computer software.

· Process driven acumen.


Ability to:

· Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.

· Effectively learn and develop paperless systems and processes.

· Embrace an enthusiastic culture.

· Follow written and verbal instructions.

Education & Individual Requirements:

· High School Diploma or the equivalent 

· Professional references

· Professional appearance 

· Valid Drivers License with a clean, insurable, driving record.

· Pre-employment background check, including drug screening.


Physical Requirements: While performing duties of this position, the Finance Administrator is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
